Château Montifaud XO (40%)

Montifaud's XO is an exceptionally old cognac that consists of blends that have matured between 30 and 35 years! This long ageing took place in even older oak barrels, which allows the flavour of this XO to reach it's ultimate. On the nose, aromas of nuts, fruit and cocoa emerge. This makes for a complex and inviting experience! The taste is very balanced and fresh, vanilla and dried fruit provide a taste experience that you will only find in very old cognac. The aftertaste is particularly long and continues to affect the taste buds for a long time.
