Cihuatán - Sahumerio (45,2%)

Cihuatán Sahumerio is a limited release from Ron Cihuatán, produced at Licorera Cihuatán in El Salvador. The distillery’s rums mature entirely in the tropical climate of the Cihuatán Valley, which gives them a pronounced oak influence and a rich aromatic character.

Ageing in oak casks develops a warm and spice-driven profile. The nose shows notes of caramel, cocoa and toasted wood alongside hints of dried fruit and aromatic spice.

On the palate the rum is full and rounded, revealing flavours of dark sugar, chocolate and clove. Gentle smoky touches and soft oak add further depth.

The finish is long and warming with lingering spice and subtle sweetness.
