Clément XO is a prestigious extra-old rhum agricole from Martinique, produced under the island’s AOC regulations. Aged for a minimum of 6 years, it matures in a combination of former bourbon barrels and new American oak casks. This dual wood ageing brings both softness and structure, enhancing the classic agricole character with added depth and elegance.

The nose opens with rich aromas of vanilla, caramelised sugar and toasted nuts, followed by notes of orange peel, cocoa and subtle spice. On the palate, the rum is full and harmonious, offering layers of caramel, dried fruit and oak, with a delicate hint of tobacco. The oak influence adds roundness while preserving the refined cane-driven backbone typical of agricole rum.

The finish is long, warm and gently spiced, showing a balanced interplay between sweetness and dryness.
