Cognac Park Mizunara Borderies Single Cru (43,5%)

Cognac Park Mizunara Borderies is a cognac with a special Japanese twist. After the eaux-de-vie have matured for four years in barrels made of French oak, a six-month finish follows in barrels of Japanese oak mizunara. This unique finish gives the cognac a flavor somewhat reminiscent of whiskey. The Mizunara is fruity and floral, with notes of pear, spice and vanilla that excite both the nose and the palate. Only 2,200 of Park Mizunara were bottled. The bottles are numbered.
