Demon’s Share 15YO shows a warmer and richer side of Panama. Long ageing in American oak has given the rum more calm and depth, while keeping its soft and approachable style intact. From the first nose, it already feels rounded and well composed.

In the glass, it opens with fruit compote, mandarin peel and toffee, followed by a gentle smokiness reminiscent of pipe tobacco. On the palate, citrus, candied fruit and mild spice come together nicely, with black pepper and anise adding extra lift. The finish lingers well, holding that balance of warmth, sweetness and spice.
