The Rock Oyster 18 years old is a small batch release from the Remarkable Regional Malts series by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. An Islands blended malt including malts from Jura, Arran, Orkney and Islay bottled at 46,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour.
Nose: sea breeze, tobacco and sweet peat
Palate: peat smoke, sea weed, salt and some sweetness
Finish: medium long
