D.S. Tayman 12YO Caol Ila - Syrah Edition (46%)

A 12-year-old single malt matured in a hogshead, followed by a delightful finish in first fill Syrah wine barrels sourced straight from Tulip Winery. Its Islay character beautifully intermingles with the Syrah influence, boasting notes of charred oak, succulent pomegranate, and a delightful hint of smoky grill essence.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Charred oak and a pinch of saltiness. Lovely balance with green gauges in the background.
Palate: Rounded and soft with delicious pomegranate. Well-integrated peat smoke and toasted oak.
Finish: Just like the end of a meaty grill with sea salt on the lips and extended malty fruity sweetness.
