Flor de Cana 12YO (40%)

The Flor de Caña 12 Year Old represents a step up in the range of Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua, with greater depth and balance.

After twelve years of ageing in oak casks, it develops a fuller and rounder profile while maintaining the distillery’s signature dry style. Oak influence becomes more pronounced without becoming heavy.

The nose opens with vanilla, honey and toasted oak, followed by hints of dried fruit. On the palate it is smooth and balanced, with caramel, cocoa and gentle spice flowing together.

The finish is longer and softer, with lingering oak, cocoa and light sweetness.
