This whisky is matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, giving it a rich and full-bodied profile. This cask selection is central to the distillery’s style.
On the nose, it reveals dried fruit, raisins and caramel, with hints of oak and spice. The palate is rich and smooth, showing dark chocolate, dried fruit and a gentle sweetness, balanced with subtle spice and oak.
The finish is long and warming with lingering fruit, cocoa and light spice.
