Habitation Velier Providence White Distillery Port au Prince (59%)

Habitation Velier Providence White is produced entirely from Cristalline sugar cane grown in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye. The first fermentation is distilled between 25 and 30% alcohol in a 380-liter Müller boiler. To reach an alcohol content of 72%, this precious liquid is then distilled a second time at Distillerie de Port au Prince, in a 1,500-liter Müller still. The result is unique, a tribute to Haiti and its culture based on respect for traditions, people and the land.
