Lots of vanilla with a mocha creme, a hint of banana bread and coconut ice cream, and some pronounced musk. Matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 5 months and finished in a 1st Fill Buffalo Trace Cask.
Fiji is one of the only countries where the entire distilling process is done by hand, from the cutting and pressing of the sugar cane to the labelling of the boles.
