Cane Island El Salvador 7 Year Old Single Estate Rum is a release from Cane Island showcasing the rum style of El Salvador. The rum originates from Ingenio La Cabaña Distillery, where sugarcane is grown and processed into rum within the same estate – a true single estate production.

After distillation, the rum matures for seven years in American white oak casks. This ageing gives the spirit a warm and rounded character where oak influence and natural sweetness are well balanced.

The nose reveals notes of vanilla, honey and light caramel alongside hints of ripe fruit and gentle spice. On the palate the rum is smooth and balanced with flavours of toffee, banana and toasted oak.

The finish is soft and slightly spicy with lingering caramel and vanilla notes.
