Kõloa Kaua'I Gold Rum (40%)

Kōloa Kaua‘i Gold Rum is a Hawaiian rum defined by its generous, easy style. It is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in a vintage steam-powered copper pot still, and cut with filtered water from Mount Waiʻaleʻale. That approach gives it a soft, polished foundation with a natural sense of richness and ease.

On the nose and palate, it leans warmly into caramel, buttery toffee, a touch of amaretto and roasted macadamia. Vanilla comes through clearly on the palate, alongside hints of nut brittle and a rounded sweetness that makes the rum feel open and welcoming without becoming heavy. It is a gold rum with a bright, mellow personality that works well neat and slips easily into cocktails too.
