This special edition is a matured expression of Le Gin de Christian Drouin. For this release, nine former Calvados casks, each about ten years old and holding 225 liters, were carefully selected for aging the gin.
After resting for over a year in these barrels, the gin has developed greater depth and complexity. The palate is rounder, richer, and more layered, with the signature apple aromas shining even more brightly in this refined version.
This unique release, Le Gin de Christian Drouin – Calvados Cask Finish, is limited to just 2,850 bottles per batch.
