Crafted with Domfront pears, a variety traditionally used in Normandy for pear cider, Pira combines a sophisticated mix of botanicals: juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper, and iris root — a flower that often graces the thatched rooftops of traditional Norman cottages.

True to the house’s signature approach, each ingredient is macerated and distilled separately to capture its full aromatic character. The distillates are then carefully blended just before bottling, resulting in a gin that is complex, aromatic, and unmistakably Drouin.
