Loch Lomond Inchmoan 12yo Smoke & Spice (46%)

Inch' means island and 'Moan' means peat, or the island of peat. A beautiful amber coloured Scotch Whisky with a smoky finish. This whisky is a combination of two different stills, the gooseneck and straight still were used. It is a whisky with a smoky character with a spicy tone. Matured in American oak and refill bourbon casks which gives it the sweetness of vanilla that is appreciated with this product.

Tasting note:
Nose: Dry peat smoke with vanilla syrup and cracked black pepper.
Flavour: Sweet peat, smoked bacon, roasted coffee beans, cloves and star anise. Warming spiciness combines with green apple and pear.
Finish: Long and refined. Peat with citrus and gooseberry.
