Mezcal San Cosme Artesano Edición 03 is a limited-release mezcal made from 100% wild Tobalá agave.
The Tobalá is a small wild agave that takes around 16 years to mature in the Oaxacan highlands, yielding an exceptionally complex spirit. Only about 1,100 bottles of Edición 03 were produced, underscoring its small-batch, artesanal nature. Bottled at 45% ABV and crafted with traditional techniques, this mezcal truly celebrates patience, heritage, and bold agave character.

Aroma: Caramelized agave, molasses, and hints of caramelized butter, layered with delicate wild herbal notes.
