OH Ingram Uncharted Wheated Bourbon Whiskey (46%)

Packaged in 100% recycled glass, Uncharted is a wheated bourbon that, like all Ingram whiskeys, has spent its entire life on the Mississippi. There, it is exposed to the constant movement, humidity, and microclimate of the river, creating a complex flavor through a unique interaction between whiskey and oak.
During the International Wine and Spirits Competition, a blind tasting of Uncharted made a great impression on the jury. The whisky was named one of the best wheated bourbons of the competition and received a gold medal with a score of 95 points.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: dried fruit, vanilla, roasted nuts and coffee.
Flavor: cracker, honey, light spices with hints of maple syrup and oak.
Finish; a long finish with caramel, cinnamon, apples, and light notes of leather and cocoa.

In The Ingram Distillery's original floating barrel houses, the whisky casks are exposed for years to the magical influences of the Mississippi. The river's current, high humidity, and natural daily temperature fluctuations ensure that the whisky never stands still. We call it 'Mellowed on the Mississippi'.
