Pusser's Select Aged 151, or Overproof, is produced at cask strength, as it was shipped to the Royal Navy's supply yards in Deptford, Gosport, and Devonport for blending and dilution to Proof. This rum blend is aged for a minimum of three years and is produced in accordance with the Admiralty Regulations for rum, which were in effect when Customs ended daily rationing in 1970. The ingredients in this proprietary blend are not only aged for a minimum of three years but are also cold-filtered to enhance the flavor and smoothness.
