Redbreast 21YO (46%)

The Redbreast 21 Year Old is widely regarded as one of the finest expressions from Redbreast. Produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, it represents the traditional single pot still style at its most refined.

The whiskey is made from a mashbill of malted and unmalted barley and is triple distilled in copper pot stills. This process creates the rich texture and distinctive spice that define the Redbreast character.

For the 21 Year Old, carefully selected casks are used for maturation over more than two decades. Ageing takes place primarily in ex-bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks, allowing the whiskey to develop remarkable depth while maintaining balance and elegance.

The nose reveals aromas of tropical fruit, ripe peach and apricot with hints of honey, vanilla and toasted nuts. On the palate the whiskey shows layers of dried fruit, caramel and gentle spice supported by soft oak.

The finish is long and refined with lingering fruit, warm spice and subtle oak.
