This 14 year old Benrinnes, coming from the distillery at the foot of the mountain bearing the same name, matured for 14 years in sherry butt 300774, before being bottled by the independent bottlers at Fox Fitzgerald to be part of the Rest & Be Thankful bottling series.
Only 577 bottles are available worldwide, making this whisky a special treat.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: The Scotch fills the nose with beguiling impressions of wild berries. It also brings nutty impressions. Spicy tobacco and dried fruits complete the aroma.
Tasting: The dram is creamy on the tongue. It presents itself with impressions of dark chocolate and toffee. Dates and plums come through. Dried fruits lead to vanilla and oak.
Finish: The finish is long-lasting. The finish is characterized by sweet fruits and creamy vanilla. Oak provides lasting spice.
