Rhum Bielle Rhum Ambré is an agricole rum from Marie-Galante (Guadeloupe). This straw-coloured expression matured in oak casks but was bottled before reaching the three-year minimum required for the designation ‘vieux’. It therefore sits stylistically between a blanc and a fully aged agricole.

On the nose, it combines the freshness of sugarcane with early oak influence. Light vanilla notes and subtle spice complement the aromatic profile without overshadowing the distillate character.

The palate presents a balanced interplay between youthful agricole expression and wood maturation. Fresh cane and light fruit notes are supported by gentle oak nuances. The texture is rounded and approachable, leading to a soft finish where both cane and wood remain present.
