Rhums du Sud Agricole Antilles 2023 is an agricole rum from the Antilles made from fresh sugarcane juice, giving it a distinctive and vibrant character typical of the agricole style.

The rum first matures for three years in oak casks under tropical conditions. This stage brings structure and develops notes of vanilla, gentle spice and soft oak.

It is then aged for an additional four years in casks that previously held red Pineau des Charentes wine. These casks contribute extra depth, introducing subtle tannins and aromas of red fruit that complement the rum’s natural freshness.

The result is a layered agricole rum where fresh cane notes meet ripe fruit, spice and elegant oak influence.
