This overproof release from Ron Cristóbal is produced in the Dominican Republic at Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos and bottled by 1423 Spirits. With its high strength, this rum is designed for use in cocktails where power and structure are required.

Distilled in column stills, the rum has seen a light period of ageing in oak casks, allowing some character to develop without being dominated by the alcohol.

On the nose, fresh notes of sugarcane, light citrus and gentle sweetness appear. The palate is powerful and direct with vanilla, light caramel and subtle spice. The finish is warm and intense with lingering sweetness and light spice.
