The Ron Cristobal Santa Maria Limited Edition Moscatel is a rum from the Dominican Republic. This release in the Santa Maria series, a series of limited editions, was distilled in 2007 and matured in a bourbon barrel followed by a 20-month finish in ex-Moscatel sherry casks made from French oak. It was bottled in October 2021 at 46% as a limited release of 1776 bottles.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Nice notes of butterscotch and candied almonds that slowly turn into grilled marshmallows.
Palate: Sweet and full with a buttery mouthfeel, hints of grapes and candied fruit.
Finish: Mild and long with a slight sweetness that rounds off.
