Saint Lucia

A remarkable 11-year-old rum distilled in the famous John Dore double-retort pot stills installed at the Saint Lucia distillery.

Chairman's Spiced Rum is infused with "Bois Bandé", a local Caribbean bark. Local spices and fruits are added to the rum, such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, vanilla, allspice, lemon and orange peels.

Admiral's Princessa is a premium St. Lucian rum brimming with rich flavours of honeyed fruit, warm spice, and smooth oak. It’s a complex yet accessible sipper that celebrates naval heritage and delights both newcomers and connoisseurs.

Chairman's Reserve is a blend of rum distilled twice in pot stills and rum distilled in Coffey stills. The two styles are married after oak aging and then filled back into oak barrels for a final finish.

Admiral's Formidable is a luxurious extra-old St. Lucian rum, aged 10–13 years in bourbon casks. Expect indulgent notes of honeyed fruit, spice, and oak in a refined, full-bodied sip.
