Smuggler's Treasure Barbados Single Origin Aged Rum reflects the traditional rum style of Barbados, widely regarded as one of the birthplaces of rum production. Since the seventeenth century the island has developed a balanced style known for combining smoothness, fruit character and gentle oak influence.

This release follows that tradition, using a combination of pot still and column still distillation — a common approach in Barbados that brings together structure and elegance.

The rum is matured in American white oak casks, which add notes of vanilla, caramel and soft spice. On the palate hints of tropical fruit, honey and lightly toasted oak emerge.

The result is a smooth and balanced rum with a rounded character that works well both for sipping and in classic rum cocktails.
