Tamosi Demarara Rum 2008 Diamond Still -SV- (55%)

This limited coutry release of Tamosi was distilled at the Diamond Distillery on the Diamond Metal Coffey Still in 2008. After 13 years of aging it was finished in an Irish pot still whiskey cask before bottling.

The Diamond Estate, on the banks of the Demarara River, dates back to 1753, whilst the metal Coffey still, which makes the SV (bottled here in the Netherlands) and SVW marques, was not installed until the 1950's.

Whilst this rum was coloured before being put into the barrel, Tamosi doesn't ad other additives in their rums.
