Demon's Share 12 Years is an impressive rum. Intense thanks to 12 years resting in ex-Bourbon casks, making it a balanced rum with its own identity. Great nose and unique in the finish. The discrete nose reveals notes of honey enveloping dried fruits. Dried vanilla makes us want to taste it. The palate reveals gourmet flavours of sweet spices, vanilla on a bed of noble wood. A hint of citrus appears for a fresh finish. The demon chose Panama as the perfect place to collect its precious nectar. The sugar cane grown on these rich volcanic soils is traditionally harvested and distilled in a column still, then aged in American oak casks for 12 long years.
