This bottling was specially developed to go perfectly with artisan cheeses. The whisky is bottled without added colourings or cold filtration and contains Strathearn Single Casks. With an alcohol content of 48%, this expression offers a distinct, natural flavour experience. Only 4,200 bottles are available worldwide.

Tasting notes:
Nose: A pleasant, sweet spiciness opens the aroma, followed by dried fruit, caramel and fresh orange peel.
Taste: Creamy and full-bodied, with malty notes and grains, interspersed with marmalade and a hint of honeysuckle.
Finish: The sweet finish lingers long, with orange blossom, a slight spiciness and soft apricot.
