Tramin Pinot Grigio Alto Adige (13%)

The grapes for this wine grow on chalky clay soil with pebbles, located at an altitude of 250 to 500 metres. This soil texture and location ensure optimum ripening and freshness in the grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are carefully and directly pressed to preserve their pure character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 19 °C, beautifully preserving fresh aromas and lively acidity. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to allow the wine to retain its fresh and expressive style.

Tasting note:
This Pinot Grigio has a pale yellow colour. The wine has a full and rich character. The palate is refined and pleasantly soft with lingering notes of nuts and honey.
