William Hinton 9 months old White Rum (40%)

William Hinton 9 Months Old White Rum is a young rum from the island of Madeira, produced by William Hinton Rum. On Madeira, rum is traditionally made from fresh sugarcane juice, giving it a bright and vibrant character distinct from molasses-based rums.

After distillation, the rum rests for around nine months before bottling. This short maturation allows the natural cane character to remain clear and expressive.

The nose shows fresh notes of sugarcane, citrus and light spice. On the palate the rum is lively and dry with hints of lime, green apple and gentle spice.

The finish is crisp and slightly peppery, making it well suited for cocktails while still offering character when enjoyed neat.
