1423 S.B.S French Antilles 2019 Grand Arome (60.3%)

S.B.S French Antilles 2019 Grand Arome is a powerful single cask rum from the Single Barrel Selection series by 1423 World Class Spirits. Distilled in 2019 in the French Antilles, it was later selected for a limited release of only 324 bottles.

This rum represents the Grand Arôme style, known for its highly aromatic and intense character created through extended fermentation.

Maturation took place in virgin oak casks, adding structure and pronounced oak influence. The nose shows notes of tropical fruit, overripe banana and molasses alongside hints of caramel and warm spice.

On the palate the rum is powerful and full-bodied with flavours of dark sugar, toasted oak and ripe fruit. Bottled at 60.3% ABV, it delivers a bold and intense experience with a long, warming finish.
