Alvi's Drift Signature Cabernet Sauvignon ( 13%)

At Alvi's Drift, for the wines in the Signature series, every effort is made to achieve the maximum flavour experience typical of a grape. The same goes for this Cabernet Sauvignon. After fermentation, the wine matures for 8 months in French oak before being bottled. The colour is beautiful dark garnet red. In the nose you will experience the smell of blackberries with hints of vanilla and chocolate. The wine has a friendly body with well balanced tannins. Flavours of blackberries, cassis and toast remain long in this firm but supple wine.
