Alvi's Drift Signature Pinotage (13,5%)

Alvi's Drift Pinotage has always been a speciality since the first bottling in 2006. After fermentation on the skins and pressing, the Pinotage is aged in American oak for 8 months. The wine has a deep, dark garnet red colour. In the scent a beautiful bouquet of ripe red berries, mulberry and blackberry. The tannin structure is well balanced with the fruit and wood. Furthermore, you will experience subtle notes of vanilla that are well integrated with hints of chocolate and dark cherries.
