Alvi's Drift Signature Shiraz (13,5%)

After fermentation on the skins and pressing, the wine matures for eight months in American oak. The Shiraz has a ruby red colour. The wine is elegant and nicely balanced. Aromas of red berries, white pepper, chocolate and a hint of vanilla emerge when rolling in the glass. All these aromas return in the full flavour. The aftertaste is surprisingly long and pleasant. The wood, fruit and tannins are beautifully interwoven. This subtlety and elegance are a rarity for a wine from the "New World".
