Made from sugarcane honey and distilled in column stills, the rum undergoes initial ageing in oak casks followed by a finishing period in Mizunara casks, shaping its character further.

On the nose, notes of vanilla, sandalwood and light coconut appear, supported by subtle spice and floral hints. The palate is soft yet layered with honey, oak, spice and a gentle nuttiness. The finish is dry and elegant with lingering oak and refined spice
