The Daftmill 15YO is a rare Lowland single malt, produced at the Cuthbert family's farm distillery in Fife. Distilled in 2006 from Chariot barley, it has matured for 15 years in 28 first-fill ex-bourbon casks.

Daftmill is a family-run farm distillery, and spirit production only takes place in the farm's quiet periods – midsummer and winter, so it's always exciting to see a new release.
