Powerful Holyrood Single Cask at 63.3%, lightly peated and natural colour. Creamy, chocolate-rich and subtly smoky with a long sweet finish. An intense, layered Lowland single malt showing pure cask strength.

The whisky is matured in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a balance of sweet malty notes and fruity yeast aromas, enveloped by warm, spicy vanilla influences.

Embra has received positive reviews, including a score of 92 points from Whisky Advocate, which praised the whisky for its light and sweet character with subtle smoke notes.
