The flagship whisky of Kanosuke Distillery in Kagoshima. Matured partly in ex-shochu casks, this Japanese single malt shows notes of honey, banana and lemon tea with flavours of candied quince, ginger and gentle spice.

A Japanese pot still whisky inspired by Irish whiskey and bourbon maturation. Made with both malted and unmalted barley and aged in new American oak, delivering notes of pastry, citrus, oak and warming spices.
