Rare 21-year-old blend of Macallan & Highland Park, married in 2015 and matured in Oloroso sherry butts. Rich notes of fruit, spice & soft smoke. Long, elegant finish. 43.6% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered.

This Craigellachie 2010 is finished in Guyana rum casks. Freshly roasted coffee beans open the nose after which hazelnut combines beautifully with ripe tropical fruit.

The 2009 Ardmore comes from Pedro Ximénez hogsheads and is, of course, also quite heavily peated.

Juicy tropical fruits with vanilla and coconut

Barrels from the Pulteney Distillery are rare to come across. This 2011 Pulteney comes from first-fill bourbon barrels, which has given this whisky a sweet vanilla undertone.

This Glenburgie 2011 is a delicious whisky, of course mainly due to the maturation in PX Sherry casks. The dark color betrays everything, which confirms the nose. Decadent sweetness followed by roasted (pecan) nuts, topped with cane sugar syrup.
