The new distillate is distilled three times in a small pot still. Then the distillate is partially distilled a fourth time with carefully selected herbs such as juniper berry, licorice root and aniseed.

This genever combines the specific qualities of three different grains. The grain eau de vie (malt wine) is distilled from equal parts Rye, Corn and Malted Barley

This Zuidam Rogge Genever is a silky smooth but very rich genever due to the extra long maturation. The unique spiciness of the rye is supported by the flavors of juniper, licorice root and aniseed.
