With this Sherry Cask Finish, the focus is on the influence of the cask after the initial maturation. English Harbour builds on its classic Antigua style by adding a finishing period in sherry casks.

This finish introduces a different direction. While the base remains relatively dry and oak-driven, the sherry casks add rounder and darker notes. Dried fruit, raisins and light spice come forward, supported by caramel and oak.
