This Texan bourbon is made from locally selected grains and aged under the warm climate of Texas, allowing the whiskey to rapidly develop a rich flavor. By carefully combining different aging profiles, a bourbon with an exceptionally layered character is created.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, inviting aromas of vanilla, caramel, and honey emerge, followed by ripe peach, caramelized apple, and orange peel. Notes of roasted nuts, cinnamon, clove, and subtle oak provide additional depth.
The taste is full and creamy, with rich notes of toffee, brown sugar, vanilla, and butter caramel. These are followed by layers of ripe stone fruit, dried apricot, dark chocolate, and roasted pecans. Warm spices and a refined influence of wood create a beautiful balance between sweetness, fruit, and spiciness, while the 48% alcohol content offers sufficient strength without overpowering the elegant character.
