Royal Brackla 11YO James Eadie (52.4%)

This 11-year-old Highland single malt was distilled at the Royal Brackla Distillery and is presented by renowned independent bottler James Eadie. The whisky matured for eleven years in a refill butt and was then bottled as part of James Eadie's Distilleries of Great Britain & Ireland series.
The nose reveals soft vanilla, honey, ripe apple, and light floral notes. The palate is full and refined with creamy toffee, peach, citrus zest, and subtle spice. The finish is long, warm, and elegant with lingering oak notes and a hint of white pepper.
