Matusalem Insolito (40%)

With Insolito, Matusalem takes a different direction. This release combines traditional ageing with a wine cask finish, resulting in a fresher and more fruit-forward style.

The rum is first aged in oak casks and then finished in rosé wine casks. This final step gives it a lighter and more distinctive character compared to the rest of the range.

On the nose, fresh notes of red fruit, light vanilla and a subtle floral touch appear. The palate is soft and approachable, with strawberry, light citrus and a hint of caramel. The finish is light and fruity with a gentle dry edge.
