The winemakers at PS developed this sparkling masterpiece based on the immensely popular PLAGE DU SUD ROSÉ. In this rosé wine made from Grenache, Cinsault, and a touch of Syrah, fresh bubbles and character come together beautifully. The Mediterranean feel unfolds in every glass. On the nose, wild strawberry and raspberry come to the fore, refreshed by a lively note of grapefruit. On the palate, you taste persistent red fruit, blushing stone fruit, and a finish that leaves you wanting more.
