Product description
On the coast, a stone's throw from the distillery, lies the intriguing terroir of the Pearls farm. The air that passes over the farm is cool. This, combined with a bog that touches the base of the farm, makes for rich, water-bearing soil. Between the towering palm trees, Pearls is planted with the sugarcane varieties Yellow Lady and Lacalome Red.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Pronounced and natural intensity of nuts and almond extract.
Palate: Dry with a complex earthy flavour.
Finish: Very warm finish with a spicy undertone.
