Renegade Rum Études Pearls is a terroir-focused rum from Grenada, produced using cane exclusively from the Pearls farm — a rich coastal plot close to the distillery. This bottling uses only the Yellow Lady sugarcane variety, chosen to express the distinct soil and climate of this specific site.
Made from fresh sugarcane juice and distilled in a pot still, this rum emphasises the vibrant cane character with minimal refinement.
This Pearls release has also undergone controlled barrel maturation, adding depth and aromatic complexity. On the nose, expect fresh grassy cane notes and subtle mineral nuances, while the palate reveals vegetal layers, olive-like undertones and hints of sweetness balanced with wood and spice from maturation.
