Signatory 100 Proof - 9YO Tullibardine 2015 (57,1%)

This vibrant Highland single malt was distilled in 2015 and matured for 9 years in a combination of first-fill and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled in 2024 by Signatory Vintage for their popular 100 Proof Edition series, it offers a rich and expressive take on unpeated Highland whisky.

Bottled at a generous 57.1% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural colour, this whisky delivers bold, honest flavour. The sherry casks bring out a delicious mix of dried fruit, chocolate, and warming oak spice. Despite its high strength, the whisky remains smooth and easy to enjoy. A splash of water reveals even more depth, but it’s just as rewarding neat.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Ripe red fruits, soft malt, and a hint of chocolate, wrapped in warming oak spice.
Palate: Creamy and rich, with flavours of raisins, plums, figs, and toasted nuts, balanced by earthy depth and gentle spice.
Finish: Long and gently drying, with lingering sherry sweetness, soft fruit, and a warm Highland spice note.
